Job Overview:
Geoliz Waterproofers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and technically knowledgeable Sales Engineering professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting waterproofing solutions, and driving revenue through sales. You will use your technical expertise to support the sales process and provide clients with the best solutions for their projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales by identifying client needs and presenting suitable waterproofing products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, technical partners, and direct customers.
- Provide expert technical advice and product recommendations to clients and applicators.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and implementation of sold solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and meet sales targets for assigned territories.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new waterproofing technologies.
Qualifications:
- Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or waterproofing industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with waterproofing systems and materials is a plus.
